A two night minimum applies during off season, and a seven night minimum applies during peak season. Rates vary depending on the time of year and length of stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, allowing enough time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests.

The cottage accommodates up to six overnight guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Lily’s Lake House is set on an elevated, cliffside property with approximately 80 steps leading down to the lake. While many guests enjoy the setting, it may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. We recommend reviewing photos and reaching out with any questions before booking.

One dog is welcome per stay with prior approval and an additional pet fee of three hundred dollars.

Yes. The cottage operates full season, offering a different experience in every season, from summer lake days to cozy winter stays.

Booking directly offers more flexibility, clearer communication, and avoids third-party booking fees, giving you a more personal and seamless experience from start to finish.

The private driveway is maintained by a local plowing company, but winter conditions in Muskoka can vary. Guests with 4x4 vehicles and winter tires typically have no issues. A safe alternative parking option is also available nearby, with a short walk down to the cottage. We recommend planning accordingly, as weather and road conditions are beyond our control.
